This agreement covers the internal bookkeeping application operated by VueTax.
1. Private, internal use
This application is an internal tool of VueTax. It is not distributed, sold, licensed, or made available to the public. The only users are VueTax and its personnel, acting on behalf of clients who have engaged the firm's services.
2. Scope
The application connects to QuickBooks Online, with each client's authorization, solely to perform bookkeeping, month-end close, and advisory reporting services under the client's engagement agreement with VueTax.
3. Client authorization
Clients authorize and may revoke the connection at any time through QuickBooks Online's own settings or by contacting VueTax.
4. No warranty to third parties
Because the application is not offered to the public, no license or warranty is granted to any third party.
